Recovery Services

Our primary focus is to provide residents with high-quality and affordable sober living.
However all Hazelbrook residents have direct access to an array of outstanding recovery services that are available to residents through several of our affiliate treatment providers for often no additional cost to them. Recovery-oriented care and recovery support systems help people with mental and substance use disorders manage their conditions successfully. Recovery is a process of change through which people improve their health and wellness, live self-directed lives, and strive to reach their full potential.
All residents have access to following services while at Hazelbrook Sober Living through our affiliate providers:
Professional Peer Recovery Coaching
Peer recovery coaches walk side by side with individuals seeking recovery from substance use disorders. They help people to create their own recovery plans, and develop their own recovery pathways. Recovery coaches provide many different types of support, including emotional, job seeking skills, finding meetings and a sponsor, etc. 
While at Hazelbrook all residents have unlimited access to Licensed Peer Recovery Coaches that specialize and are trained in guiding and helping people set up their recovery plans and can provide much needed support. 
Cost - Free (with most major insurance including Medicaid) OR $50/hour self pay

Relapse Prevention
Relapse prevention (RP) is a cognitive-behavioral approach to relapse with the goal of identifying and preventing high-risk situations such as substance abuse, obsessive-compulsive behavior, sexual offending, obesity, and depression.

Intensive Out-Patient (IOP)

With the Intensive Outpatient Treatment program you are able to establish a foundation for long term recovery support in your local community while living in comfort of sober living

In IOP, you receive services primarily through group therapy, but are also assigned an individual therapist you will meet with on a weekly basis while in treatment. Groups are small and generally do not exceed 10 people, allowing for a safe environment.

  • Progression of the Disease of Addiction

Medication Management
Medication can be a useful tool for managing your mental and physical health. When you’ve struggled with addiction, you know it can also create more problems than it solves. Finding balance and keeping yourself safe and healthy isn’t easy. Medication management can make it simpler. Through medication management psychiatrists and other professionals offer support. They can help you find the right medications, monitor side effects and adjust treatment at any point in the recovery process.

Transportation/Sober Escort
The transition to sober living can be a scary and vulnerable time. Our sober escorts can ensure residents arrive safely. We can provide safe and sober transportation with a sober companion to residents transitioning out of treatment, detox, out of jail, or for any reason. We can take clients to detox, we take them from detox to a treatment facility, we transport the client from their facilty to their sober living residence. We can drive clients from home to and from their AA meetings or to outpatient services, including doctor’s appointments, therapy, probation meetings, etc.
Cost - $50/hour plus gas
